Overview
Twenty32 is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving consistent revenue growth across multiple service lines.
The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of marketing and sales strategies—particularly within the business services sector. Experience selling fractional services (e.g., fractional marketing, fractional CFO/Controller roles, fractional HR, outsourced services, etc.) is considered a significant asset.
Proficiency with HubSpot and modern CRM systems is highly valued. As a key contributor to our organization, you will help shape our business strategies and play an integral role in our long-term success.

Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market share.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage projects related to business development initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Utilize HubSpot or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for internal teams and executive leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and experience working with marketing teams on campaign strategies.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Familiarity with business development strategies, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
