Nous sommes leader régional en réparation de fondations, imperméabilisation de sous-sols, vides sanitaires, finition de sous-sols et bien plus

La mission du Assistante de bureau / Office Assistant:
- Fournir un soutien administratif et comptable au département de production
- Entrer les données clés des transactions financières dans la base de données
- Préparer et tenir à jour des documents administratifs
- Préparer et tenir à jour les documents comptables
- Préparer les factures
- Faire le suivi des comptes recevable/payable
- Rechercher, suivre et résoudre les problèmes de comptabilité
Ce qu'il vous faut comme Assistante de bureau / Office Assistant :
- DEC/AEC en Administration ou Comptabilité ou expérience similaire
- Maitrise du logiciel Quickbooks et SalesForce un atout
- Sens de l'initiative et capacité à travailler en équipe
- Souci du détail, rigueur, esprit d'analyse et autonomie
- Professionnalisme, efficacité et sens de la responsabilité
- Bon sens de la communication orale et écrite (français et anglais)
- Maitrise de la suite MS Office

What would you do as an Office Assistant / Assistante de bureau :
- Provide administrative and bookkeeping support to the production department
- Enter the key data of financial transactions in to the database
- Prepare and update administrative documents
- Prepare and update accounting documents
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices
- Research, track and resolve accounting issues
- Inventory control
What should you have as an Office Assistant / Assistante de bureau:
- DEC/AEC in administration or accounting or experience in the related field
- Knowledge of Quickbooks and Salesforce software is an asset
- Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable
- Sense of initiative and ability to work in a team
- High attention to detail while managing multiple competing priorities
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Great analytical skills and autonomy
- Professionalism, efficiency and sense of responsibility
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Good oral and written communication (French and English)
- Mastery of the MS Office suite
- Must have good stress management
