Level 2 Help Desk Computer and Network Support Technician

Western I.T. Group is an established managed IT service company specializing in cloud based network deployments for businesses across Canada.

We are currently looking for a level 2 help desk/support technician to join our team.

Employee will be responsible for remote support of various customer sites and networks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Enterprise Remote Help Desk Support
  • Account Moves, Adds and Changes
  • Customer Assistance and Service
  • Level 1&2 Desktop, Server and Network Troubleshooting
  • Ticket Escalation to Senior Staff

At least 3 years of technician experience required. Certification/degree in related field desirable.

Employee must hold a valid drivers license in good standing.
