About the Role
A highly respected business owner with multiple ventures is seeking a dependable and adaptable Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow. While prior experience in a similar role is not required, it will be considered a strong asset.
The executive is visually impaired, so concise and effective communication is essential. You'll support day-to-day operations across both business and personal activities, ensuring tasks are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics.
- Handle professional and personal communications, including email and calls.
- Provide organizational and project support across multiple businesses.
- Implement and utilize AI-driven tools and modern software to streamline processes.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with documentation.
- Drive to meetings, events, and vendors as needed, ensuring reliable and professional representation.
- Assist with personal errands and other executive-level tasks that support productivity.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: CA $50,000 – $65,000 annually
- Full-time preferred, with part-time options available.
