Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to support and execute our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign coordination.

The Marketing Associate will play a key role in maintaining marketing materials, supporting advertising efforts, creating content, and contributing ideas to help strengthen our brand and reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update, manage, and optimize digital advertisements across various platforms
  • Create, schedule, and publish marketing content, including social media posts and promotional materials
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Support the creation of marketing assets such as copy, visuals, and basic campaign materials
  • Coordinate marketing activities to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Monitor engagement and performance of ads and posts and assist with basic reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships count)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable creating content for digital and social media platforms
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas and initiatives
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online advertising is an asset
