Birreria Volo & Bottega Volo is looking for skilled line cooks to join our kitchen team. The job pays $25-30 per hour (wage + tip pool averages). Italian bar snacks menu featuring salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. Applications will only be considered if the following requirements are met:

  • 2+ years of professional cooking experience in restaurants.
  • Full time Hours), evening and weekend availability.
  • Valid food handlers certification (mandatory).
  • High level of sanitation practice and cleanliness in the workplace.
  • Ability to perform FOH support tasks such as food running & bussing.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, sense of urgency and teamwork skills.
