What You'll Do

  • Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the executive team on real estate and corporate initiatives.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents such as contracts, reports, correspondence, and project files.
  • Assist with due diligence, research, and data collection related to brokerage, leasing, and property management activities.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, summaries, and reports to support decision-making and project tracking.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely information flow and coordination.
  • Manage approvals, filing systems, and ensure accuracy and consistency of documentation.
  • Support special projects, executive presentations, and communications as required.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, ideally within real estate, property management, or development.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
