Customer Service Rep

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Provide exceptional customer service by responding in a timely manner to customer requests.
Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
Prepare quotes, sales orders, returns, and follow up with customers.
Use various tools and online supplier sites to identify parts to full fill customer requests.
Coordinate with other departments (as needed) to ensure the process is met.
Track shipment(s) for customers.
Qualifications/Skills:
Must have positive attitude with ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
Work well as part of a team and contribute to overall team success.
Ability to also work independently with confidence.
Must have a high level of commitment to customer service.
Attention to detail is key.
Organization and time management skills would be a strong asset.
Strong computer skill is required since this job is primarily online focused.
HVAC knowledge is considered an asset but not required.
Self-starter with strong focus on completing tasks to the end in a timely fashion.
Salary: $50k-$60k
