About the Role

We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Route Sales Driver to operate a refrigerated Sprinter van and deliver fresh flowers to florists and grocery stores across Calgary. This role combines driving, customer service, and light sales — perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and keeping customers happy with consistently fresh, beautiful product.

What You'll Do

  • Operate a refrigerated Sprinter van along a scheduled weekly route
  • Load, secure, and unload fresh flower orders
  • Deliver to floral shops and grocery stores across Calgary and surrounding areas
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide friendly, reliable service
  • Suggest additional items or restocks when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, invoices, and route logs
  • Ensure proper temperature control and general cleanliness of the van
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, issues, or customer needs

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean abstract
  • Experience driving cargo vans, Sprinter vans, or similar vehicles is an asset
  • Experience in delivery, route sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle repetitive loading/unloading
  • Comfortable working inside refrigerated environments
  • Punctual, organized, and reliable
  • Friendly personality — florists appreciate good energy

Schedule

  • Early morning start times (typically 4–6 AM)
  • Full-time weekly routes
  • Consistent schedule

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.97-$26.30 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
