Job Description:
As the successful candidate, you will be a naturally enthusiastic team player who is able to efficiently and accurately handle administrative duties within defined service levels. The position requires your strong attention to detail and organization as well as your ability to prioritize and successfully manage all accountabilities within a fast paced and high-volume environment.
Vacancy: 1 Permanent
Salary Range: $53,590 - $66,987/year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the commercial mailbox to ensure accurate updating of the New Submission and Outstanding Documents Logs
- Operate system data input for commercial package & automobile transactions
- Order inspections and maintain the inspection log
- Complete confirmations of insurance
- Correct IBC Errors
- Handle mail, filing and scanning
- Operate department phone queue
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle large volume of transactions and to meet defined service levels
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and innovative
- Exceptional phone etiquette with strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Must be flexible with hours of work as required
