Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Close: Generate leads (cold outreach, networking, COIs) to close new business.
  • Front-line Underwriting: Analyze risk and structure coverage that makes sense for both the client and the carrier.

Client Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day servicing and communication. You provide the advice and manage the inquiries, ensuring the client feels supported throughout the policy term.

  • Retain: Own the client relationship while our support team assists with the backend.

What You Bring

  • Licensing: Valid RIBO Level 1 License is required (or equivalent).
  • Experience: 1+ year sales experience (Insurance preferred, or strong closers from other industries).
  • Hunter Mentality: A competitive spirit and passion for prospecting. You must be comfortable with rejection and aggressive with follow-ups.
  • Analytical Mindset: You assess risk and solve problems decisively rather than just taking orders.

Compensation

  • Structure: 100% Commission-based. No limit. Your output defines your income.
