HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED is currently accepting applications for a Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation, training, payroll management, and health and safety.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applications
  • Development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Providing guidance to employees on policies and procedures
  • Providing employee support throughout the employment period
  • Maintain employee records

Knowledge and Skills to include:

  • Knowledge of HR and Health and Safety functions
  • Thorough understanding of current labor laws
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proven problem-solving ability and decision-making aptitude
