We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support our growing online retail business. This role involves helping manage product listings, processing online orders, and assisting with inventory and customer communication. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building real-world experience in online sales, product management, and digital retail operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update product listings on online marketplaces.
  • Enter data accurately, including product titles, specs, and prices.
  • Assist with order processing, shipping coordination, and tracking updates.
  • Help maintain inventory spreadsheets and ensure stock levels are current.
  • Communicate with customers professionally regarding basic order or product inquiries.
  • Support the operations manager with general administrative and logistics tasks.
  • Help identify and correct listing or data errors when needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
  • Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and web-based tools.
  • Some experience with online sales platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) is an asset — training provided.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and within a team, and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in electronics or tech products is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
  • Full training provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
