Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage

We are
currently seeking a driven, detail-focused, and people-first Assistant Food
& Beverage Manager to help lead our dynamic operations. In this role,
you will be a key leader on the floor, setting the stage each day to ensure our
service environment is polished, efficient, and welcoming for both members and
staff.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations of the dining
room, lounge, food outlets, and member eventsSupervise, train, and support service staff, ensuring
high standards of service and professionalismSet the stage for exceptional service by preparing the
floor, guiding the team, and ensuring all areas meet Royal Glenora
standards before service beginsMaintain a strong floor presence and engage with
members to ensure satisfactionCollaborate with kitchen, bar, and event teams for
seamless service deliveryAddress member inquiries and resolve issues promptly
and professionallyAssist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost
controlSupport planning and execution of club functions,
private events, and seasonal offeringsUphold and enforce club policies, safety procedures,
and grooming standards

Qualifications

Must have 2+ years of supervisory experience in food &
beverage, hospitality, or private club environmentsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skillsProven ability to lead by example and motivate a teamExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to
outstanding serviceExperience with POS systems, inventory management, and
event coordinationFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends,
and holidaysProServe / alcohol service certification (as required)Successful completion of a background check
