THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Bilingual Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of property & casualty (P&C) insurance clients who use our fully customizable Enterprise Insurance Management Platform. You'll be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and product adoption. Your bilingual capabilities will be essential in supporting both English and French-speaking clients.

This position can be performed from our office in London, Ontario or remotely within Canada. Account Managers will be required to travel to client sites and may occasionally be asked to travel to our office for meetings or team-building events.

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and main liaison for an assigned portfolio of clients in the P&C insurance industry
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand client needs and business objectives to recommend tailored software solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Support, Implementation, Training) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Monitor account health and proactively address issues or risks
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as part of client site visits, user group meetings, webinars, and company events
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through strategic engagement and support
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity in CRM systems
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings (some travel is required)
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Experience working in or a strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to travel, must possess a valid G license (limited travel)

Nice to Have

  • F/CIP designation or working towards F/CIP designation
  • Basic understanding of SQL
