Join our team Vanway Kitchen + Bath has a long track record in the community as a premiere producer of top quality cabinets and countertops. We're looking for a receptionist who will eventually be able to take on a small amount of kitchen sales and design duties during slow periods. You'll need to be a real people pleaser with a great attitude for customer service.

This is a full-time position. Right now, we need you for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Reception Duties

  • Learn about our products and sales processes
  • Greet customers and connect them with a salesperson
  • Answer phones and enter call details into our CRM
  • Ordering and purchasing of some materials
  • Staying connected with our suppliers

Kitchen Design Duties

  • Meet with clients who visit our showroom
  • Develop a deep understanding of their needs
  • Record customer details and deals in our CRM

You'll be a good fit for our team if you:

  • Have any prior experience with kitchens, design, or construction
  • Have an optimistic, can-do customer service attitude
  • Are very comfortable interacting with customers
  • Have incredible organization and attention to detail
  • Are tech-savvy and can learn new software quickly
  • Can juggle multiple jobs and responsibilities effectively

Our must-have requirements include:

  • Able to build rapport in person and over the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to manage multiple projects to completion
