Job Summary
Telephone and Personal Sales person required for real estate investments.
We are an established property developer, having worked in the BC and Alberta since the mid 1960's. We are looking for a full time real estate investment sales associate, to sell investments in real estate securities via our exempt market dealer (EMD), Harbour Park Capital Partners.

We operate two mortgage mutual funds, which are similar to MICS (Mortgage Investment Corporations). In addition we wish to raise capital for other people's projects and two large tracks of land we own in Alberta. Our EMD is licenced to sell securities in BC and Alberta. We only sell investments in the real estate and mortgage securities related to our two mutual funds.

This is an in office full time position which pays a base plus commission. Our offices are located in downtown Vancouver.

If you are a go getter who is not afraid to follow up a substantial number of leads from advertising and to cold call when not doing that, this position may be for you.

To sell these securities, you need a dealing representative's license, which is simple to obtain if you come from an allied industry.

The cost is $650 and the study time varies normally from 3 to months to 12 months, depending on your level of knowledge and study time you put in. We have plenty of study materials we would be happy to share with you, and you would be required to cover the cost of your license.

We are only looking to interview people who are licensed, or are on their way to becoming licensed, and we can only hire people who are licensed.
