Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and presenting suitable insurance and investment solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, managing client portfolios, providing personalized advice on financial products, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. The role also entails staying informed about industry trends and adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Sales acumen and ability to identify and address client needs
  • Knowledge of insurance products, investment strategies, and financial planning
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate client records
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in the financial or insurance industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Licensing in insurance or financial advising (or willingness to obtain)
