Job Summary

We are seeking an HVAC technician or installer that is passionate about his or her career As a growing HVAC contractor in Ottawa we focus on plenty of new construction projects that require the installation of full duct systems, Furnaces, Air-Conditioner, Heat-pumps, ERV/HRV and much more We perform Re-Re installations, Repair and maintenance, along with gas line installations and miscellaneous HVAC work. We tailor HVAC systems to our clients needs and give them a pleasant experience along the way. Enhanced Elements HVAC is the perfect place for any level of technician or installer to grow with plenty of exposure to any residential equipment we come across

Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including boilers and other heating systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to HVAC installations.
  • Ensure all installations are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.

Skills

  • Proficient in HVAC Gasfitting
  • Ductwork Installation in a new construction or renovation setting
  • Familiarity with construction processes and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics for efficient installation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
