Job Summary

Heavenly Desserts is expanding across Canada, and we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support and oversee our growing network. This is a long-term leadership role focused on internal operations, cross-departmental coordination, and franchise performance, ensuring the brand continues to deliver a premium guest experience nationwide.

The Operations Manager will play a key role in aligning departments, supporting franchisees, and driving operational excellence across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, confident leader, and highly organized operator who understands how to use KPIs and structure to improve performance in a fast-paced, growing brand.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operational performance across the Heavenly Desserts Canada network
  • Act as a central point of coordination between departments (operations, training, marketing, supply chain, and head office teams)
  • Develop, implement, and manage KPI structures to measure performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Support franchisees through training, coaching, and ongoing operational guidance
  • Ensure brand standards, product quality, and guest experience are consistently upheld across all locations
  • Identify operational challenges early and implement practical, effective solutions
  • Work closely with head office on new store openings, system rollouts, and operational initiatives
  • Drive sales performance, efficiency, and long-term operational success
  • Provide structure, accountability, and leadership across internal teams and franchise partners

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and strong communication skills
  • Experience in multi-unit operations, hospitality, or franchise environments
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, and performance-based management
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-driven
  • Comfortable overseeing multiple departments and locations simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growing brand environment
