Software Admin Coordinator

The Software Admin Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of the software renewal process. This includes preparing customer profiles and renewal quotes, maintaining accurate records and liaising with internal teams and customers to ensure timely renewals. The position also involves proactive follow-up on upcoming expirations, processing adjustments, and handling renewal-related inquiries and reports. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing Administrative Sales Support for Software Renewals
- Prepare Software profiles for customers
- Prepare Software renewal quotes
- Liase with Evertz internal teams on aspects related to Software
- Update Software database in AS400 (SL02) with current and relevant information
- Follow up with customers on quotes with expired Software renewal
- Proactive follow up with Software customers that have Software expiring within 90 days
- Process requests to adjust expiry dates
- Review Annual Renewal section on new system quotes
- Liase with customers on Software renewal quotes (as required)
- Process monthly/weekly software summary reports from AS400/Salesweb
- Sort and process inquires to Evertz License Renewal Inbox
- Other Duties as required
Qualifications:
- College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
- Superior organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
