Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician at WILDCARD * Managed IT Services. In this position, the Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field support to clients. Additionally, the role involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting with broader organizational objectives, ensuring client satisfaction through the highest of standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills to deliver a exceptional client experience
  • Capable of performing routine maintenance tasks, diagnostics and system checks of IT hardware, software, and system administration
  • Three year history with Global Administration of Microsoft and Google environments
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues using a Professional Service Automation (PSA) tool, maintaining real-time timesheets
  • Knowledge and experience in ITIL
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Relevant certifications in IT or technical fields are an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
