Job Responsibilities

1. 3PL Partnership Management

  • Serve as the primary contact with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
  • Implement contract terms and establish service standards (KPIs) including receiving timeliness, discrepancy handling, order fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and damage rate.
  • Organize regular 3PL review meetings to analyze warehouse performance, address issues such as backlogs or inventory discrepancies, and drive corrective actions to ensure compliance and efficiency.

2. Warehouse Operations Oversight

  • Supervise inbound, storage, picking, and outbound processes at 3PL facilities to ensure alignment with company standards (SKU categorization, batch control, FIFO principles).
  • Monitor order fulfillment progress and manage exceptions (e.g., out-of-stock, mis-shipment, or missing items).
  • Coordinate with 3PLs for timely reshipments or claims to maintain a high customer satisfaction rate.

3. Inventory Management & Data Accuracy

  • Lead or supervise monthly and quarterly stock counts; verify 3PL inventory reports to ensure consistency with the company's ERP system.
  • Analyze causes of discrepancies and work with 3PLs to implement corrective measures.

4. Cost & Risk Control

  • Track 3PL-related costs (storage, handling, transportation); verify invoices to ensure compliance with contract terms and optimize operational expenses.
  • Identify potential operational risks (e.g., fire safety, product damage, data security) and ensure 3PL partners maintain effective contingency plans and regular compliance checks.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably involving 3PL management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities in English (Mandarin proficiency is an asset).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
