Quality Assurance Lead
who takes pride in building reliable systems, catching issues others miss, and ensuring our clients get flawless AI performance.

What You'll Do

As our Quality Assurance Lead, you will own the end-to-end quality performance of all AI agents once they enter testing. Your responsibilities include:

Quality Review & Evals System Oversight

  • Review AI call recordings flagged by our automated Evals system.
  • Verify issues, diagnose root causes, and route them to the correct internal team.
  • Collaborate with engineers, workflow builders, and account executives to resolve problems.
  • Reduce agent errors and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Process, SOPs & Launch Readiness

  • Build quality checklists and SOPs used across onboarding and launch.
  • Work with Account Executives to ensure smooth agent deployment.
  • Ensure every agent meets our baseline quality and compliance standards.
  • Track customer onboarding progress, speed-to-live, and internal dependencies.

ClickUp Ownership

  • Manage ClickUp pipelines for onboarding & QA visibility.
  • Track customer status, blockers, and next steps.
  • Maintain predictable timelines and internal accountability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

  • Workflow Engineering – validating logic, flows, triggers.
  • Prompt Engineering / AE Team – verifying prompt accuracy & tone.
  • Core Engineering – surfacing technical bugs & integration issues.
  • Growth Team – ensuring clean handoff for expansion opportunities.

  • QA catches issues

    customers do.
  • Onboarding timelines become predictable and visible.
  • SOPs and QA processes become standardized and repeatable.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention increase thanks to improved quality.

Who You Are

  • Detail-obsessed and process-driven.
  • Strong communicator (written & verbal).
  • Comfortable with repetitive review work.
  • Able to think in systems and build structure where none exists.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Enjoys working with operational + technical teams.
  • Experienced with ClickUp or other project management tools.

Bonus:
Experience in QA, CX analytics, operations, call review, or system auditing.

Location:
In-person is strongly preferred but open to remote for the right individual
