We are seeking a talented and motivated
Dental Lab Technician / Ceramist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong ceramic artistry skills and experience with All-on-X and implant restorations. Candidates with less digital experience are welcome to apply if they are eager to learn and grow —
training and mentorship will be provided

Position Summary

The
Dental Lab Technician / Ceramist
will primarily focus on
ceramic work
, including layering, staining, and glazing for high-aesthetic restorations. Additional responsibilities may include the design and fabrication of
surgical guides
,
digital wax-ups
, and
3D models
. Candidates with experience in digital design software (CoDiagnostiX, 3Shape, or Exocad) will be given preference, but
a willingness to be trained and develop these skills is equally valued
.

Key Responsibilities

• Ceramic Work (Primary Focus)
• Perform
  ceramic layering, staining, glazing, and finishing
  for lifelike restorations.
• Fabricate and finalize
  All-on-X, veneers, crowns, and bridges
  meeting the highest esthetic and functional standards.
• Conduct occlusal adjustments, fine finishing, and quality inspections.
• Digital Design & Fabrication (Training Provided if Needed)
• Design and fabricate surgical guides and stents
  for implant procedures.
• Create
  digital diagnostic wax-ups
  and design restorations for milling and 3D printing workflows.
• Work with
  CoDiagnostiX, 3Shape, and Exocad
  (training can be provided).
• Prepare and finish
  3D printed models
  and manage design files for accuracy.
• Model Work & Collaboration
• Pour, trim, and articulate
  plaster models and moulds
  .
• Collaborate with prosthodontists, dentists, and digital designers to meet clinical and aesthetic goals.
• Maintain consistent documentation, organization, and attention to detail throughout the process.
• Collaboration & Quality Assurance
• Conduct quality control for fit, function, and aesthetics before case delivery.
• Technology & Workflow Integration
• Support the digital integration between Key Dental Labs and Implant Genius platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6–7 years of experience
  as a
  Ceramist or Dental Lab Technician
  , with strong ceramic artistry skills.
• Proven expertise in
  All-on-X
  ,
  veneers
  ,
  crowns
  , and
  implant-supported restorations
  .
• Experience or willingness to learn
  digital design tools
  such as:
• CoDiagnostiX
  (surgical guide design)
• 3Shape
  (digital impressions and restorative design)
• Exocad
  (CAD/CAM and aesthetic restorations)
• Understanding of
  dental anatomy, occlusion, and esthetics
  .
• Knowledge of
  3D printing
  and
  digital wax-ups
  is an asset but not mandatory.
• Diploma or certification in Dental Technology / Dental Laboratory Sciences is ideal but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
