Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and provide information about the hotel services.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud software and multi-line phone systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services are crucial for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
