Your new role

As
Director, Electrical Service
, you will lead the strategic direction of the Electrical Service Business Unit. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Establishing the company as the go-to electrical services partner in the industry.
  • Leading and engaging a high-performing team.
  • Managing budgets, financial goals, and operational KPIs.
  • Overseeing projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 10+ years
    of experience in the electrical service industry, with strong end-user and construction knowledge; trades experience is an asset.
  • Proven leadership in team engagement, operational strategy, and execution.
  • Expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and contract administration.
  • Strong client management skills, including acquisition and delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, Teams).
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to innovate.
