Tri-Pro, a division of Agrocentre Belcan Inc. is expanding. In order to meet the expansion, we are looking for additional team members in the Winchester location.

Tri-Pro is a specialized, chemical free soybean crushing operation. Safety and quality are our main drivers. If you are motivated and want to learn about soybean processing for livestock feed, we will offer you complete training of the entire process. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Operator will contribute by executing the following tasks;

  • Operate and understand crushing plant equipment

  • Track and adjust the equipment's parameters

  • Perform minor mechanical maintenance (depending on experience)

  • Assist the Quality Control Manager by monitoring and recording values during the production

  • Load bulk grain and oil trucks

  • Keep the plant and yard safe and clean

Specifications;

Full time, rotating shifts. Working at heights sometimes required,

Overtime is paid after 40 hours/week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
