Plant Operations

Reports to: Plant Manager

Major Responsibilities:

  • Unloading railcars
  • Safely loading and unloading trucks
  • General maintenance and yard work
  • Cleaning silos and the yard
  • Other duties as required
    Other activities that arise daily pertaining to the operation, safety, and quality of our products

Qualifications:

  • Team Player
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Comfortable lifting up to 45 kg
  • Physically able to work in both hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors and at heights
  • Willing to work extended shifts as demand requires and assist with operations as needed.
    Able to adapt to changes as daily demands dictate.
