Relevant du chargé.e de projet, le maintenance est responsable de la gestion et de la coordination des pièces nécessaires à l'entretien et à la réparation des équipements et composantes. Il veille à la disponibilité des pièces en s'occupant de la réception, de l'expédition et de la gestion de l'inventaire. Il collabore étroitement avec les fournisseurs et le département des achats. Il gère les priorités de réparation sur le site.

Qu'est-ce que ça fait un maintenance ?

  • Effectue la recherche des pièces urgentes ou introuvables par le département des achats
  • Effectue la collecte de pièces auprès de différents fournisseurs
  • Être responsable de la réception et de l'expédition des pièces
  • Effectue la sortie des pièces de l'inventaire
  • Préparer les bons de travail demandés
  • Identifier et étiqueter les pièces conformément aux procédures de l'entreprise
  • Gérer les retours des « Cores »

Ce que ça prend pour appliquer ?

  • Posséder une connaissance du domaine mécanique
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Communicateur efficace, capable de développer des relations de travail positives
  • Bilingue

Maintenance coordinator

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the parts needed to maintain and repair equipment and components. They ensure the availability of parts by handling receiving, shipping, and inventory management. He or she works closely with suppliers and the purchasing department. He or she manages repair priorities on site.

What does a maintenance coordinator do?

  • Searches for urgent or unavailable parts through the purchasing department
  • Collects parts from various suppliers
  • Responsible for receiving and shipping parts
  • Removes parts from inventory
  • Prepares requested work orders
  • Identifies and labels parts in accordance with company procedures
  • Manages core returns

What does it take to apply?

  • Knowledge of mechanics
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Effective communicator, able to develop positive working relationships
  • Bilingual
