Job Summary
Clintar is hiring a Fleet and Landscape Operations Manager to ensure timely maintenance of the fleet, supporting consistent work schedules. Manage the crews.  
Responsibilities
  • Provide routine and 24/7 emergency service to Clintar's fleet
  • Advise on safe equipment use
  • Maintain organized repair facilities
  • Manage all crews
  • Daily and weekly scheduling 
  • Manage maintenance costs within budget
  • Contribute to fleet realignment 
  • Complete routine reports and correspondence 
Qualifications
  • Certified mechanic (heavy equipment or automotive)
  • Clean and valid driver's license
  • Previously managed staff
  • Ability to deal with customer issues 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Expertise in engine, transmission, brake, and suspension systems
  • Expertise in truck and heavy equipment operation, diesel and gas engines, and hydraulic systems 
  • Proficient in multitasking, communication, and basic computer applications 
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing company vehicles and equipment 
  • Skilled in calculating percentages, area, volume, and metric grams
