We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our innovative AI-first agentic experiences that enable users to create, edit, and refine proposals collaboratively with AI agents, streamlining the sales process and unlocking new levels of efficiency and personalization. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering agentic experiences, strong technical depth to engage with AI/LLM architectures, and the ability to translate complex systems into intuitive customer workflows.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Define and own the product vision for agentic, AI-driven sales proposal experiences and translate company objectives and market opportunities into a clear roadmap that drives excitement internally and externally
  • Monitor industry trends and deeply understand the needs of enterprise sales teams and proposal managers, and conduct discovery with users to validate problems, pain points, and success criteria.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to deliver features that balance feasibility, scalability, and usability.
  • Drive iterative product development, leveraging rapid prototyping and experimentation.
  • Partner closely with AI/ML architects to understand dependencies and ensure technical feasibility and data readiness for building reliable agentic experiences.
  • Evaluate trade-offs in AI system design (latency, context windows, model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering).
  • Define and own the outcomes you define for your roadmap, delivering meaningful and measurable success for our customers.
  • Act as a thought leader for AI-powered workflows within the company.
  • Mentor other PMs regarding Agentic product design and contribute to product management best practices.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior PM role on empowered product teams.
  • A proven track record of launching successful AI-driven or agentic products is a must-have.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Ability to engage with engineers and data scientists on system architecture, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Entrepreneurial, user-centric, and results-oriented.
  • Excited by ambiguity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of what AI can do for enterprise workflows.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and customers at all levels.

Where You'll Work

  • Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We are HQ'd in Canada, with established hub regions around the world where we hire from.
  • Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves) live and work in Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), London, and India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).

  • The majority of our team is based in ON and BC, which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC).

  • We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you
  • You'll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (we're just a Zoom call and Slack message away) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work during the workday
