Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties

  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and team collaboration
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Oversee food handling procedures to maintain compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Develop new menu items, recipes, and presentation techniques to enhance customer experience
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards
  • Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
  • Serve as a key point of contact for restaurant management regarding culinary operations

Experience

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management with a strong background in the food industry
  • Supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, kitchen equipment, and food handling procedures
  • Experience in menu development, food service operations, and hospitality management is preferred
  • Strong understanding of restaurant dynamics including customer service, serving standards, and operational efficiency
