Job Description
The Marketing Associate, reporting to the District Marketing Manager, works closely with the onsite Operations team to help bring both Aramark?s and our client?s vision and mission to life. The Marketing Associate is a champion, guardian, advocate and ambassador of the brand.

Collaboratively with the key stakeholders, Marketing Associates strategize, organize and execute communication initiatives, including both proactive and reactive communication to bring the brand to life. The Associate will provide remote support on all local engagement activities, both partner and consumer facing, including but not limited to written and verbal communication, events, learning programs and community events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports the operations team in executing innovation launches that drive profit growth
  • Coordinates engagement activities showcasing new products and programs to promote brand awareness and community interaction
  • Basic design work for location-specific traditional, digital, and social marketing campaigns
  • Designs and distributes event calendars and digital marketing content customized for each campus
  • Updates and manages content of marketing materials and coordinates ordering, delivery and print production, when required
  • Creates eye-catching visuals through basic graphic design that can be used on various platforms
  • Updates and posts approved content on social channels and Campus Dish website
  • Assists sites with implementing appropriate physical branding materials according to Aramark standards
  • Provides support for promotion and communication for on-campus events
  • Builds and maintains core relationships with on-site team members through digital communication and occasional campus visits
  • Communicates with Chef Managers about current marketing initiatives and respective promotions
  • Supports on-site team with execution of Aramark national programs, including proprietary and supplier initiatives

Qualifications

  • Requires content creation experience (blogs, press releases, internal communication, social media posts)
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • An eye for design and branding
  • Strong research, project management and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
  • Excellent project management skills with a proactive approach to all projects
