Job Description

We are currently seeking an Associate to join our Personal Injury group at our downtown office. This role involves handling legal strategy, advocacy, and high-level decision-making needed to move a case towards settlement or trial. Key Responsibilities

  • Working on Personal Injury files
  • Knowledge of other litigation files
  • Ability to represent clients professionally in court and in front of tribunals
  • Formulating detailed files and take the best actions to complete files
  • Perform proper due diligence to attain all relevant information for files
  • Develop and maintain superior relationships with clients and other team members
  • Understand client needs to achieve the best outcome for their situation
  • Act in the best interest of clients
  • Communicate with clients, before, during, and after receiving
  • Adhere to all legal and ethical standards
  • Handle caseloads from beginning to end

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Personal Injury lawyer
  • Membership of the BC BAR and in good standing
  • Experience in delegation is preferred

Salary

$120,000 – $140,000
