We are now hiring an exceptional Office Manager / Controller to support our operations, leadership team, and growing business.

What You'll Do (Your Core Responsibilities)Office Management & Coordination

  • Keep daily office operations running smoothly

Financial Administration / Controller Duties

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Organize payroll and maintain accurate HR and employee records
  • Oversee invoices, purchase orders, quotes, deposits, and payables
  • Track project costs, materials, hours, and job costing
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor accounts
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial summaries

Operational & Team Support

  • Support the Operations Leader with scheduling, reporting, and documentation
  • Maintain digital files, shared drives, and administrative systems
  • Assist with safety documentation and compliance
  • Help onboard new employees and maintain training records
  • Uphold 360's core values in every interaction, internal and external
  • Maintain organized systems, processes, paperwork, and communications
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and information flow across departments
  • Support project planning, documentation, and administrative workflows

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of office management, administration, bookkeeping, or coordination experience
  • Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, spreadsheets and general office software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A helpful, reliable, positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing industries
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP tools
  • WHMIS certification
  • Advanced spreadsheet/reporting skills
  • Desire to advance into higher-level financial or operational roles

Schedule

Full-Time: Monday to Friday Hours: 7:00 AM — 3:30 PM Occasional overtime may be required during peak workloads or reporting periods.
