We integrate advanced diagnostics (multi-omic testing, high-resolution diagnostic imaging, VO2 analysis, continuous glucose monitoring, genomics, and AI-driven scoring etc) with personalized lifestyle and medical interventions to help patients extend their healthspan.

We are seeking a Precision Health Coach to join our team. This is not a traditional wellness coaching role. As a coach at XONE, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge clinical insights and daily patient behavior, helping clients translate diagnostic results into sustainable, evidence-based lifestyle changes.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a frontline guide for patients, helping them implement physician- and expert-led recommendations.
  • Follow up with the client after their lifestyle, health, and behavior assessments, support and encourage integrating findings from nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress, and recovery domains.
  • Utilize motivational interviewing and positive psychology to foster adherence and promote sustainable habit change.
  • Help patients apply the science and insights from the clinical team, ensuring they follow through on recommendations and translate diagnostic findings into sustainable daily habits.
  • Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team (physicians, dietitians, performance specialists) to ensure coaching aligns with precision care plans.
  • Document coaching sessions within medical records, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Support patient education materials, workshops, and group sessions.
  • Contribute to building and evolving the health coaching program at XONE, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into the patient journey and supports long-term healthspan goals.

What We're Looking For -- Education & Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree in: Health Sciences, Nutrition, Kinesiology, Psychology, Nursing, or related field (required).
  • Master's degree in: Public Health, Lifestyle Medicine, or Health Promotion (preferred).
  • NBHWC certification (or eligible/in progress). FMCHC or equivalent is considered an asset.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of professional coaching or wellness experience, ideally within a clinical or preventive health setting.
  • Demonstrated success in conducting 1:1 coaching sessions and tracking outcomes.
  • Familiarity with digital health platforms, patient apps, and wearables (asset).

Core Competencies

  • Strong understanding of nutrition, exercise physiology, and chronic disease prevention.
  • Ability to translate clinician-led biomarker insights into clear, actionable guidance for clients.
  • Skilled in motivational interviewing, goal-setting frameworks, and behavior change models.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy.
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to detail and follow-through.
