About the job

You will:

  • lead the strategic design and delivery of visitor information service channels, with a focus on the roaming channel
  • attend in-person events and activations across Ontario to support roaming service delivery
  • provide advice, consultation and analysis and identifies opportunities to re-design business processes supporting organizational goals
  • prepare reports and documents to support the business planning process
  • collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to modernize and improve service delivery

This position requires regular travel across the Province of Ontario.

What you bring to the team
Mandatory requirements
  • a valid "G" class driver's license
Technical Knowledge and Skills

You have:

  • knowledge of process methodology principles to apply recognized process improvement standards
  • an understanding of Government directions, planning processes, decision making and approval processes to coordinate business process improvements
  • knowledge of business process modeling and service delivery principles
  • computer applications to prepare reports and to track and monitor statistical data
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

You have:

  • oral and written communication skills to manage diverse business contacts, prepare reports and presentations
  • relationship management skills to provide advice and guidance
  • consensus building skills to build effective relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • consultation and collaboration skills to understand business processes and propose improvements
Research, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

You can:

  • synthesize information from a broad range of sources
  • analyze operational performance data
  • assess process structures and business practices to understand requitements and make recommendations
