Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Java Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java and related technologies, along with proven expertise in leading and managing team efforts. As a Java Lead, you will be responsible for driving technical success, providing direction to the development team, and ensuring seamless offshore-onshore collaboration for project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, manage, and mentor the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

· Drive key technical decisions, architecture design, and the development of complex Java-based applications.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, define timelines, and ensure delivery excellence.

· Coordinate and manage effective teamwork between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.

· Contribute to code reviews, guide best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems across the software development lifecycle.

· Stay up to date with advancements in technology and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with strong proficiency in frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.

· Proven leadership experience in managing development teams and driving technical projects.

· Experience in offshore-onshore team coordination, with a clear understanding of collaboration challenges and solutions.

· Strong expertise in building scalable, robust, and high-performance applications.

· Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.

· Exposure to frontend technologies like Angular or React (nice to have).

· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
