Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead
Java Backend Developer
with strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of modern Java frameworks, microservices architecture, and best practices in software design and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using
    Java (8–21)
    following
    OOP
    and
    SOLID principles
    .
  • Implement and optimize services using
    Spring Boot
    ,
    Spring Data JPA
    , and effective
    transaction management
    .
  • Develop and integrate
    REST
    and
    SOAP
    web services for seamless communication between distributed systems.
  • Build and maintain
    microservices architectures
    , ensuring
    OAuth 2.0
    compliance and adherence to
    security best practices
    .
  • Integrate and manage
    Kafka
    messaging systems for reliable event-driven communication.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale applications using
    Docker
    and
    Kubernetes
    .
  • Optimize backend performance with effective
    caching mechanisms (Redis)
    and tuning techniques.
  • Implement
    multithreading, concurrency
    , and
    asynchronous programming
    patterns to improve scalability and responsiveness.
  • Apply
    testing frameworks and best practices
    to ensure robust and maintainable code quality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
