Job Description

Office Administration – Part time afternoon Shift

Location: 2750 Drew Road, Mississauga,ON

4 PM to 9 PM Tuesday to Friday

11 AM to 4 PM Saturday

Tuesday to Saturday

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data entry of customer bills of lading in operating system
  • Processing of all inbound loads through operating system
  • Auditing of all inbound delivery exceptions to system freight bills
  • Prepare the inbound trip folder to completion
  • Manage interline shipments, secure freight costs as required
  • Organize pick up shipment communications
  • Assist customer service tracking and tracing requirements.
  • Book delivery appointments as required
  • Manifest outbound loads in system as required
  • Scanning of shipment documents to operating system servers
  • Ordering and releasing containers through CP/CN portals
  • Respond to all billing inquires
  • Track exceptions to resolution

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Must be able to represent company in a professional manner

· Must be able to multi-task

· Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive environment.

· Attention to detail and must have a low data entry error rate

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

· TMW Truckmate experience is preferred, but we will train

· Self-starters that can work on their own and in a team environment.

· Proactive and positive approach with co-workers, customers, corporate and other terminals.

· Logistics and/or warehouse experience is preferred.

· Positive can do attitude and the aptitude to back that up.

· Excel and Powerpoint skills required

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
