• Responding to internal and external client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

• Researching business history and confirming contractual information to support program eligibility decisions

What are we looking for from you?

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and verify information

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage work effectively in a seasonal, deadline-driven environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients

• Comfort using standard office equipment and software, with the ability to learn AFSC systems and processes

• An open, friendly, and client-focused approach with a commitment to accountability and quality work

What else is in it for you?

• Comprehensive benefits (including health, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage) starting on your first day

• Flex credits to support your health, wellness, or retirement savings

• Participation in a defined benefit pension plan (PSPP)

• Flexible work arrangements and opportunities for hybrid work, where operationally feasible

• Winter Holiday closure

• Generous vacation and special leave days

• A supportive, values-driven culture focused on wellness, recognition, and continuous improvement
