We are currently looking for an Engineer (P.Eng) to join our team at our Lacombe, AB branch office, located near Red Deer, AB.

As a Project Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Stamping Engineering Design Packages for facilities & pipeline projects

  • Facility/Process Design

  • Project Cost Estimates

  • Project Scheduling

  • A strong commitment to working safely and protecting the safety of others

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar (Chemical, Petroleum, etc.)
  • Registered as a P.Eng with APEGA
  • ~8 years of oil & gas experience
  • In-depth knowledge of CSA Z662, ASME B31.3 and other relevant codes
  • Construction & Operations field experience
  • Be highly analytical and the ability to establish strong internal and external relationships
  • Be energetic, resilient, collaborative and goal oriented
  • Any relevant experience in the upstream or midstream oil and gas industry
  • Experience leading client meetings
