The Porch Restaurant is looking for an experienced, passionate Restaurant / Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house and bar operations and help take our venue to the next level.

Located in the Western Lodge Hotel, The Porch is home to the Kimberley Brewing Company and features a food program led by a world-class chef. We are proud of our strong, tight-knit team and are searching for a leader with energy, creativity, and a genuine love for hospitality.

Position Details

  • Wage: $22.50 per hour plus tips
  • Benefits: Eligible for our group health and dental benefits plan
  • Schedule: Open Wednesday to Sunday, 4:00–9:00 PM
  • Guaranteed two days off every week

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and bar staff
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Collaborate with ownership and the culinary team on service standards, promotions, and growth ideas
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic team culture

  • Previous restaurant and/or bar management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A hands-on manager who leads by example
  • Passion for food, craft beer, and hospitality
  • Creative thinker with ideas to elevate service and guest experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
