Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. This role involves engaging with customers, preparing food, operating POS systems, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
  • Operate Micros POS system for order processing and cash handling
  • Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cashiering duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
  • Assist with stocking supplies and organizing the work area as needed
  • Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant flow

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
  • Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting or bending as needed

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
