About the Role:We're seeking a National Retail Accounts Manager to spearhead our Reebok Smartwatch sales efforts. Based in Vancouver, you'll play a key role in crafting retail strategies and expanding our presence in the sport-focused wearables market. Your mission: lead a team, drive growth, and build strong retail partnerships across Canada, the USA, and LATAM.
Location Requirement:For this position, we require candidates to be based in Vancouver. Unfortunately, we do not offer relocation assistance at this time. Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement retail strategies to secure prime shelf space with major retailers like Costco. Drive sales growth and meet ambitious targets.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide retail sales reps, ensuring they achieve their goals and grow professionally.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and other departments to align strategies and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Account Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key retail partners. Manage CRM data to ensure accuracy and explore new e-commerce opportunities.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in retail account management or a similar role.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Deep understanding of retail market trends and competitive landscape.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Travel Requirement:
- Attend sales leadership meetings and partner events.
- Travel with sales reps as needed.
