Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth through innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and analytics, with a passion for leveraging data to inform decision-making. This role requires a creative thinker who is proficient in various marketing tools and platforms, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth across multiple channels.
  • Manage e-commerce initiatives, optimizing product listings and driving traffic through SEO best practices.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and maintain cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee product management processes, ensuring marketing materials are consistent with brand standards.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing marketing collateral that resonates with target audiences.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and Google Ads to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and retaining customers.
  • Manage the company's Website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
  • Maintain marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with product management processes and budgeting.
  • Experience in Tech startup environment
  • Familiarity with HTML is a plus for website management tasks.
  • Excellent research skills to stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively to drive decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
