Marketing Manager

We are seeking a
dynamic, results-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager
to drive both our marketing efforts and business development strategies. This hybrid role will focus on
expanding our brand presence
, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing key client relationships in target regions, including
North America, Latin America, and the Middle East
.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of strong
sales
and
marketing
expertise, capable of executing
lead generation campaigns
while also building long-term, trusted relationships with clients and partners. If you are a proactive, self-motivated professional with a passion for growing companies, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive
marketing strategies
to increase brand awareness and drive
lead generation
efforts. - Manage and optimize
digital marketing campaigns
, including
SEO, paid ads (PPC), content marketing, and social media
. - Create and update
marketing collateral
, including case studies, product brochures, presentations, and website content. - Analyze and report on marketing KPIs
(website traffic, engagement, lead conversion) and adjust strategies accordingly. - Organize and attend industry
events, conferences, and trade shows
to showcase the company's technology and services.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
across existing and new markets (North America, Latin America, Middle East, etc.). - Develop and maintain
relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
, including distributors, resellers, and potential corporate clients. - Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, Engineering, etc.) to ensure client needs and requirements are met.
- Track and report on
sales metrics
, forecast revenue, and ensure business growth targets are achieved.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Familiar with tech startup work atmosphere and Adapt quickly to a
dynamic, high-growth environment
where priorities shift rapidly - 3+ years of experience
in both
business development and marketing
, preferably in the technology or robotics sectors. Experience in startup and tech companies is a strong plus. - Proven track record of
generating leads
, closing sales, and
expanding business
within
B2B markets
. - Strong experience in digital marketing and brand awareness, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and content creation. Familiar with HubSpot CRM.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Fluency in English
