Summary

Join our team as a Plant Propagator in our greenhouse located in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring the quality and timely production of vegetable transplants, supporting our mission to provide top-quality plants to farmers nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • General farm duties, including but not limited to:
  • Preparing soil, planting seeds and transplanting seedlings.
  • Plant crop work (i.e. sticks, elastics, clips, pinching, grafting, etc).
  • Watering and spraying plants.
  • Traying up, loading and preparing plants for shipment to customers.
  • May operate machinery and do other farm duties as trained and required

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting.
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Work Location: In person
