About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment function during a phase of rapid growth. This role is critical to shaping Clutch's workforce, culture, and employer brand. You'll oversee the entire talent acquisition process, implement data-driven strategies, and mentor a high-performing recruitment team to ensure we attract and retain top talent. This is a full-time, in-office leadership role with direct impact on company-wide growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
- Partner with executives and department heads to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce growth.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment across all departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Optimize and scale recruitment tools, systems, and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Represent Clutch at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Manage external recruiting partners, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling recruitment strategies in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies (ATS, sourcing tools, HR analytics).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze problems, resolve challenges, and maintain a strong focus on candidate experience.

- Experience in high-growth tech or e-commerce companies.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies in competitive markets.
- Experience managing external recruitment agencies and vendor contracts.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 annually
